Free Delivery & No-Fuss Returns
We are always looking for ways to stand out from the rest and ensure that your shopping experience is an enjoyable one.

Two ways we can do this is to offer free delivery and no-fuss returns on all our orders. 

FREE DELIVERY ENDS 30 JUNE 2020 – Due to the rising costs of postage in Australia we are unable to continue offering free postage therefore a flat rate postage cost of $8 will be added to every order. 

Free Delivery (*conditions apply)

As we do not incorporate delivery fees into our sale prices, you can be assured that you really are receiving “free” delivery.

*Although we offer free delivery, we reserve the right to claim this cost back on all returns requesting a refund.  This is to cover our costs as postage costs can range anywhere from $8.30 to $15.00, however we will only claim a reduced flat rate of $8.00 on all returned orders.

Therefore, if you return your item for any reason (except due to a fault) and request a refund, please note you will be charged for the original postage at a flat rate of $8.00 (or part thereof at our discretion) by way of deduction on your refund amount eg: If you return an item for a refund, the refunded amount will be $8.00 less than the price you originally paid.

If you select “Free Delivery” at the checkout you are agreeing to the above conditions.

If you do not agree to the “Free Delivery” conditions you can choose to pay your delivery fee up front at one of the following reduced price options (please note delivery costs are not refundable for any reason):

  • “Australia Post Delivery” at the cost of $8.00
  • “Australia Post Express Delivery” at the cost of $15.00


Free Local Pick Up

If you live locally and you wish to collect your order, we will send you an email to advise when your order will be ready for pick up.  This email will also include the collection address.


No-Fuss Returns

We understand that returns are an essential part of online shopping and therefore we want to make it as easy as possible for you so you can shop online with confidence!

We will happily accept returned items (including sale items) on the following conditions:

– Item/s must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase;

– Item/s must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached;

– Item/s have no make-up or perfume residue on them as they are returned for re-sale;

– Buyer pays for return postage.


How to return an item for a refund

If you change your mind about the item/s you have purchased from us and the item complies with the above conditions we will happily refund you the purchase price (excluding postage costs).

Please email us at to request a refund and to let us know it’s on its way.

We strongly suggest you return the item/s with tracking as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that go missing in the post.

How to return an item for exchange:

Please email us at to request an exchange and to let us know it’s on its way.

– Please advise whether you would like a different size, colour or a totally different item;

– If we have that item in stock we will happily exchange however if we do not have it in stock we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.

– If you would like to exchange for a totally different item with a different price you will either be invoiced for further costs or refunded the balance.

We will deliver the exchanged item to you once only at no cost however you will be charged an $8.00 flat rate for all subsequent exchanges after that.  Each order placed receives one exchange with no delivery fees.

We strongly suggest you return the item/s with tracking as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that go missing in the post.

How to return a faulty or incorrect item:

Each order will be thoroughly checked before shipping, however, these things still happen so if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at so we can organise an exchange or refund.

In this case, we will send you a pre-paid postage bag or label for you to return the item at no cost.


Please note these further conditions:

All refunds will be processed via original payment method.

Unless faulty or incorrect, customer is to arrange and cover the costs of the returned item/s

Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
