What size should I order now that I am pregnant?

You should still order the same size you would normally. Unless stated individually, sizes for maternity clothes are adjusted accordingly.

How can I pay for my order?

You will select a payment option as you go through the checkout.If you select Direct Debit, the bank details will be given to you via email.If you select PayPal you will be taken to PayPal linked to our site.Paypal is our most preferred payment method.Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card through PayPal as you would with any other credit card merchant.

We now also have AfterPay and ZipPay!

How and when will I receive my order and what are the postage costs?

Orders are sent through Australia Post at our cost and as we do not incorporate delivery fees into our sale prices, you can be assured that you really are receiving “free” delivery.

However, due to the rising cost of postage in Australia, postage costs will be deducted from all returns at a flat rate of $8.00 (or part thereof at our discretion).

Most orders are dispatched same day/next day depending on time of order but not later than two working days.

Can I shop in-store?

No, we are not a retail store.All orders must be placed online, however local pick up is welcome by appointment only.

I live locally, can I pick up my order?

Local pick-up is welcome by appointment only from Heathcote NSW (Sutherland Shire, Sydney).You will have the option to choose local pickup when ordering.

You will receive an email to advise when your order is ready.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about the item/s you have purchased from us we will happily refund or exchange as per our Returns Policy

Can I exchange or get a refund on a Sale item?

You can return a sale item for store credit only.
