What are the benefits of Bamboo clothing?

Bamboo is a versatile fibre that offers an impressive list of advantages. It is a wonderful resource that benefits the way we live our lives and the environment. It is sustainable, eco-friendly and biodegradable. Apart from being beautifully soft and silky to touch it is hypoallergenic and will not irritate your skin like other fabrics can. It's breathable and thermo-regulating qualities keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Bamboo clothing provides UV protection and also has moisture wicking and antibacterial properties.

What size should I order now that I am pregnant?

You should still order the same size you would normally. Unless stated individually, sizes for maternity clothes are adjusted accordingly.

How can I pay for my order?

You will select a payment option as you go through the checkout. If you select Direct Debit, the bank details will be given to you via email. If you select PayPal you will be taken to PayPal linked to our site. Paypal is our most preferred payment method. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card through PayPal as you would with any other credit card merchant. You can pay via Direct Debit with phone or internet banking, or by walking into your nearest St George Bank.

How and when will I receive my order and what are the postage costs?

Orders are sent through Australia Post and a standard postage fee of $6.99 is charged on all orders up to and including $49.99 and postage is free for all orders over $50.00. Most orders are dispatched same day/next day depending on time of order but not later than two working days.

Can I shop in-store?

No, we are not a retail store. All orders must be placed online, however local pick up is welcome by appointment only.

Can I pick up my order?

Local pick-up is welcome by appointment only from Heathcote NSW (Sutherland Shire, Sydney). You will have the option to choose local pickup when ordering.

You will receive an email to advise when your order is ready and the address of where to pick up from.


Can I return my item if I change my mind?

If you change your mind about the item/s you have purchased from us we will happily refund you the purchase price (excluding postage costs) subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Item/s must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase at your own cost.

- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

- All refunds will be processed via original payment method.

Can I exchange my item for something different?

If you change your mind about the item/s you have purchased from us and would like to exchange it for something else we will happily exchange for you subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Item/s must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase at your own cost.

- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

- If the item you would like to exchange costs less than the new item you would like to order you will be sent a further invoice for the balance of costs.

- If the item you would like to exchange costs more than the new item you would like to order we will refund you the balance of costs.

- We will pay postage to return the item to you once only, after that for any subsequent exchanges you will be charged our standard postage cost of $6.99.

How do I exchange a faulty item?

Each order will be thoroughly checked before shipping, however, these things still happen so if you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@untilwemeet.com.au or via the Contact Us page so we can organise exchange.


Can I exchange or get a refund on a Sale item?

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or offer a refund on a sale item.
